Job summary

Chandler Inc. in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Project Manager II to lead import and global manufacturing projects. You will own sourcing, supplier relations, and the execution of production and delivery across international factories.

Collaborate with PMs and engineers to keep projects on time and within budget. The role requires managing complex supply chains, coordinating with overseas factories, and traveling 1–2 times per year to supplier visits.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience managing complex projects involving global sourcing, import procurement, or international supply chain.
• Proven track record managing suppliers and production at overseas factories.
• Experience in a project-based or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for import projects.
• Coordinate import logistics and HTS compliance with global partners.
• Oversee outsourced production milestones from kickoff to delivery.
• Mitigate risks and protect project margins across the supply chain.
