Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in textile, fabric, sourcing, or product development preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample requests, shipments, and deliveries for product development.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for development samples.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and R&D to organize products for testing.
• Review testing results and distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and follow-up activities in sourcing.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams and analysts.
• Consolidate outbound shipments to maximize efficiency and monitor status.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to resolve shipment delays and customs issues.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis for sourcing decisions.
• Foster communication between domestic and international team members and supplier partners.
