Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–3 years global sourcing experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, quality control, and national or specialty retailers.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global sourcing strategy for assigned categories.
• Negotiate with suppliers and participate in bids and data analysis.
• Manage ongoing vendor performance (service, quality, cost).
• Collaborate with Private Brand cross-functional team to optimize sourcing.
• Analyze cost, capacity, and delivery history of manufacturers to meet brand standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin enhancement.
