Qualifikationen

• Certified Sommelier or higher certification preferred.
• Experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining or upscale setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Assist guests in selecting wines and sake based on preferences, budget, and food choices.
• Conduct weekly inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop wine pairings and guide guests to elevate experiences.
• Oversee wine service standards and train staff to maintain high quality.
• Lead wine training sessions to improve staff knowledge and guest engagement.
• Support floor operations during service to ensure smooth delivery.
