Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage offshore/nearshore support teams.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal sourcing models.
• Partner with department leaders and HR on organizational structures.
• Analyze labor markets for suitable offshore destinations.
• Advise leadership on organizational and people risks.
• Onboard and manage external partners and vendors.
• Track performance metrics and accountability.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify improvements through automation and tools.
• Manage budgets and cost-saving efforts.
• Lead teams through transitions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
