A global cruise line company in Miami seeks a Director, Global Business Solutions to build and manage offshore support teams. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and over eight years of experience in global operations. Responsibilities include evaluating sourcing models, managing vendors, and leading organizational changes. • 8+ years working in global operations, shared services, outsourcing, or consulting.
• 6+ years leading teams across multiple locations or countries.
• Experience developing or leading services in a global delivery model.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage offshore/nearshore support teams.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal sourcing models.
• Partner with department leaders and HR on organizational structures.
• Analyze labor markets for suitable offshore destinations.
• Advise leadership on organizational and people risks.
• Onboard and manage external partners and vendors.
• Track performance metrics and accountability.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify improvements through automation and tools.
• Manage budgets and cost-saving efforts.
• Lead teams through transitions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
• Support a high-performing, global team.
