Job summary

Diconium, part of the Volkswagen Group, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture across automotive, mobility, and manufacturing domains. You’ll translate business goals into scalable designs, govern standards, and collaborate with IT leadership and vendors on transformational programs.

Hybrid work in Charlotte, with travel and collaboration across global teams. 8+ years in solution/enterprise architecture and a BS in a technical field are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering required.
• 8+ years in solution/enterprise architecture or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years in large enterprise environments with complex landscapes.
• Experience guiding architecture decisions with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong cloud, integration, governance, and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional architecture discussions across business and IT.
• Design enterprise solutions, models, and integration patterns.
• Ensure alignment with architecture standards, security, and roadmaps.
• Produce architecture documentation, decision records, and governance artifacts.
• Present recommendations to architecture review boards and senior leaders.
