Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technology Support Director – Enterprise Software Vendor Management to own the end-to-end strategy for global software vendor governance, contract lifecycle, and renewal optimization within the technology organization.

This senior role requires aligning commercial terms with financial objectives across a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio. You will lead the global FinOps and SAM initiatives, manage cloud marketplace transactions, and drive cost transparency

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software vendor management, software asset management, IT sourcing, FinOps or a closely related discipline within a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise software vendor management strategy across a global portfolio to align commercial terms, SLAs, and renewal outcomes with technology and financial goals.
• Lead the global SaaS FinOps practice with policies, tooling, and cadences for real-time spend visibility and optimization across business units.
• Oversee internal billing and cost allocation for software assets, ensuring transparent charge-back/show-back models.
• Manage public cloud marketplace transactions and private offers, optimizing spend drawdown and consolidated cloud billing.
• Lead deal analysis and business case management for strategic software investments and renewals with TCO, build-vs-buy, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Own enterprise software budget and forecast processes, coordinating with Finance and Tech leadership on multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolios.
