Job summary

Stellantis, a global mobility leader, seeks a Manager, Global Software Business Model in Auburn Hills to shape packaging strategies and pricing for connected services. You will develop financial models, create business cases, and align portfolio strategy with product complexity and customer expectations.

You will partner with SWX Global Subscription Strategy, Marketing, Business Insights, and Customer Journey teams to drive revenue growth and ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business modeling, pricing strategy, or customer insights roles.
• Experience with subscription-based services, automotive, or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, business case creation, and ROI analysis.
• Experience in managing product portfolios and optimizing customer adoption strategies.
• Ability to translate insights into clear recommendations for product strategy and commercialization.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging strategies and business models for connected services.
• Define frameworks for MSRP, subscription offers, or feature-on-demand models.
• Balance global strategy with regional adaptations to maximize adoption.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for new services launches or changes.
• Manage financial modeling to evaluate revenue impact, adoption, and profitability.
• Identify high willingness to pay features to improve revenue potential.
• Serve as focal point for portfolio strategy aligning with product complexity and customer needs.
• Collaborate with SWX Global Subscription Strategy, Marketing, Business Insights, and Customer Journey teams.
• Guide regional teams in implementing recommended packaging and business models.
• Track KPIs and identify actions to improve conversion, retention, and revenue.
