Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide software support for Lam's Etch/Deposition tools.
• Manage customer escalations and deliver software upgrades.
• Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions.
• Participate in evaluations of software/hardware on Lam's equipment.
• Drive software quality improvement projects across teams.
