You will support software suppliers, negotiate terms, and help manage a portfolio exceeding $3B in annual spend across 80+ suppliers, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product Management and Business Units.

The role offers exposure to software, cloud and AI solutions with a 3:2 hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 flex).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of software suppliers and day-to-day procurement activities.
• Assist with the review, negotiation, and execution of software agreements and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product Management, and Business Units.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, licensing models, and market trends to support sourcing decisions.
• Support business teams in evaluating software, cloud, and AI solutions to maintain competitive offerings.
• Ensure compliance with Lenovo procurement policies, processes, and contractual obligations.
• Contribute to supplier reviews, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
