Job summary

JCTM, based at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida, seeks an International SOF Information/Knowledge Management SME to design, maintain, and improve processes for collecting, organizing, retrieving, and disseminating international SOF information. You will support information sharing across NIPRNET/SIPRNET and other systems while ensuring proper categorization and releasability.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 3+ years in knowledge management or information management.
• 3+ years in business processes and multinational information management.
• Experience with SharePoint/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain interactive information-management products enabling visual analysis of networks.
• Develop and maintain an information-management plan for search, tagging, filing, and retrieval.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM elements to maintain a holistic Partner Nation SOF view.
• Coordinate with BICES/SIPRNET to ensure information consistency.
• Ensure information-management activities comply with foreign-disclosure policies.
• Develop and maintain long- and short-range calendars for J3-I.
• Categorize information by storage location, security level, and releasability.
• Develop Partner Nation SOF profiles detailing units, capabilities, and leadership results.
• Support an integrated global SOF picture across secure tool suites.
• Maintain searchable databases on classified and unclassified networks.
