Qualifications

• 2–4 years of social media experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Passion for beauty and skincare with a luxury visual storytelling eye.
• Proven ability to create engaging, real-time content (IG Stories, Reels).
• Skilled in community management and navigating sensitive topics.
• Ability to embody brand voice across all messaging.
• Proficient in social platforms, CMS, and influencer tools like Hootsuite.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement across social channels via daily moderation and content publishing.
• Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights across content and campaigns.
• Create monthly content calendars and brief assets with internal teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional/local teams to translate needs into assets.
• Identify key influencers and coordinate influencer mailers with PR.
• Track KPIs and share sentiment insights to improve strategy.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and competitor activity.
