Job summary

HR On Demand is partnering with a leading PC hardware and gaming peripherals manufacturer to hire a Global Social Content Lead. This role owns the global social strategy and content engine, aligning HQ, regional teams, Creative, Product Marketing, and external partners.

You will balance premium storytelling with platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and emerging channels, driving engagement, share of voice, and impactful product launches across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related discipline, ideally within a global brand environment.
• Strong experience developing and leading social media strategies across multiple platforms and international markets.
• Experience within consumer technology, consumer electronics, gaming, tech lifestyle, premium consumer goods, or another highly product-led industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global social media and content strategy across the company’s consumer and technology businesses.
• Build master content calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches, campaigns, events, and commercial objectives.
• Define the role of each social platform and develop platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Establish clear objectives and KPIs around audience growth, engagement, share of voice, brand awareness, and campaign performance.
• Continuously evolve the strategy based on platform changes, audience behavior, competitor activity, and performance data.
