• 15+ years in international/corporate affairs in sports or government.
• Proven ability to influence across multi-stakeholder groups.
• Strong negotiation and diplomacy with high credibility.

Responsibilities

• Global Strategy & Influence: liaise with FIFA, Concacaf and other bodies to advance U.S. Soccer's interests.
• Federation Relations & Stakeholder Management: build and steward relationships with national federations and international partners.
• Risk, Reputation & Stakeholder Diplomacy: manage geopolitical, governance and reputational risks at the international level.
• Protocol and Operations: oversee hosting logistics, executive engagements and international delegation protocols.
• Competition, Hosting & Development: lead international events strategy and pursue hosting opportunities.
• Government Relations: coordinate with the U.S. State Department and embassies worldwide.
