Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in information security or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or threat detection.
• 3+ years leading SOC teams or security operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and threat intel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically distributed SOC team across multiple shifts and regions.
• Oversee daily SOC operations including monitoring, triage, investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Coordinate cross-functional response efforts with DFIR, IT, legal, privacy, HR, and communications.
• Develop and enforce playbooks, SOPs, and SOC metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive detection content, automation, and use of security tooling.
