Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking an SMM & UGC Specialist to boost our social media across international markets. You will manage channels, craft content, and build a systematic UGC process with creators and local Marketing Managers.

This role focuses on adapting content for LATAM, MENA, APAC, using CapCut and Canva, and optimizing performance with analytics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SMM experience across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on UGC and creator management, including sourcing, selection, communication, briefing, and coordination.
• Experience with international B2C audiences across LATAM, MENA, and/or APAC markets.
• Proficiency with CapCut and Canva for content creation and adaptation.
• Ability to create clear briefs for designers, content teams, and creators.
• Experience with professional SMM tools for management, trend monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with task management/CRM tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Strong social media analytics skills and translating data into actions.
• English at least B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across X/Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute content plans aligned with marketing campaigns, product updates, events, and trends.
• Adapt content, visuals, messaging, and tone for different platforms and GEOs.
• Build and manage end-to-end UGC process: sourcing, selection, briefing, coordination, final delivery.
• Generate content ideas for short-form video, educational, entertaining, and market-related formats.
• Create briefs and collaborate with designers, motion designers, content teams, creators, and stakeholders.
• Create/adapt social content using CapCut and Canva when needed.
• Respond to trends and events to capitalize on opportunities.
• Monitor performance: growth, reach, engagement, content success, and optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with local Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to fit international markets.
