Qualifications

• Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience with site budgets.
• Experience developing global/multi-country budget templates.
• Knowledge of CTA budget exhibits and site budget negotiations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop global/site budget templates across multiple countries.
• Translate protocols into detailed site-level costs.
• QC budget templates and ensure protocol-budget alignment.
• Lead budget negotiations with SCM negotiators.
• Update study teams on budget-related milestones.
