Job summary

Pivot International, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving specialist in Lenexa, KS. The role manages inbound and outbound shipments, reconciles documentation, and prepares shipping paperwork.

You will use MAX and Excel for data entry and coordinate with accounting and other departments to ensure timely delivery. Applicants should have a High School diploma and at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, with knowledge of hazardous materials regulations (IATA/IMDG/DOT).

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Knowledge of IATA/IMDG/DOT/49 CFR shipping regs and docs.
• 1+ years shipping & receiving experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and MRP software.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile receiving/purchase documents.
• Notify and deliver incoming product to end users as needed.
• Enter daily receiving data in MAX/Excel and distribute to accounting.
• Manage all outbound shipments, prepare packing lists, shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain dock area cleanliness and organize packaging material inventories.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
