Impact Electronic Solutions, Inc. in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare shipments, verify orders, and calculate rates to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

You will select packing materials, apply labels, complete Bills of Lading and other documentation, and maintain shipping records using company and carrier systems.

This position requires strong computer skills, ability to lift 25+ pounds, and attention to detail; schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with shipping software, carrier websites, and data entry.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and other carrier systems.
• Ability to accurately prepare and review shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Valid Oregon driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Counts, verifies weights, measures, and quantities of outgoing products.
• Selects appropriate packaging and securely packs orders with materials.
• Determines shipping method based on customer requirements and timelines.
• Prepares shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Prepares international shipments and customs documents as required.
• Reviews orders before shipment for accuracy of product, quantity, and destination.
• Enters and retrieves shipping information in company systems and carrier sites.
• Tracks shipments and resolves delivery discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with moving orders and loading freight onto carrier vehicles.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and reorders supplies.
• Identifies opportunities to improve shipping processes.
• Performs other duties as required.
