Braze is seeking a Manager for our Services Consulting team, advising clients and Sales during pre‑sales to tailor our service offerings and pricing. This role partners with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and post‑sales groups to scale delivery and drive value.

You will mentor the Services Consultants, manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels, and ensure successful pre‑ and post‑sales outcomes while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS pre‑sales or service delivery, consulting, or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and manage 4+ global ICs with growth potential.
• Collaborate with Sales to support deal cycles, including RFPs and pitches.
• Build expertise in service offerings to enable pre‑sales consultancy.
