Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Global Series Delivery team in Culver City, CA. You will own the end-to-end delivery pipeline for series — originals, co-productions, and acquisitions — coordinating with Post Production, Localization, and Marketing to meet tight deadlines.

Key duties include managing the full delivery lifecycle, auditing assets for spec compliance, negotiating schedules, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with episodic and film workflows.
• Experience coordinating, PM, asset operations or post delivery.
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital video distribution technologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Office or Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned series — from locked cut to final QC and archival.
• Audit post-production deliverables to ensure assets meet technical specifications and naming conventions.
• Negotiate delivery schedules and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Partner with Distribution, Post Production, Localization, Marketing, and Media Services to align priorities.
• Surface risks early and remove blockers; escalate issues and propose trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and workflow guides to support scalability and knowledge transfer.
• Drive process innovation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and delivery specs.
