Accounting Search seeks a Director / Manager of Development Engineering to lead sensor product development for U.S. and global markets from Rockford, IL.

The role oversees embedded firmware, sensors and electronics with cross-functional teams across electrical, firmware, mechanical and systems engineering. Candidates should have global team management, business development experience, and willingness to relocate to Rockford, IL (Janesville, WI).

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of sensor product development with embedded firmware and electronics.
• Experience managing diverse engineering teams across locations (U.S. and globally).
• Strong business development contact with customers in sensor markets.

Responsibilities
