Qualifications

• Expert engineering knowledge and project management skills required.
• Experience with installation of manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead teams across functions and regions.
• PMP or professional engineering license preferred; international experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals and deliverables aligned to business objectives.
• Organize resources, set priorities, and manage scope and schedule.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts; manage risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety practices.
• Provide guidance and performance feedback to team members.
• Oversee contractors and vendor performance on projects.
