Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Global Sr Procurement Manager for Humectants to develop and execute sourcing strategies with cross-functional partners across CMS, R&D, Global Supply Chain, Marketing and Legal. Lead supplier relationship management, risk planning, and Make vs Buy initiatives while driving cost excellence and compliance globally.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement or supply chain, a technical or business degree, and experience with SAP.

Formación

• 8+ years of Procurement or Supply Chain experience (or 6+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science in a technical or business discipline or related field.
• Experience in SAP and managing materials and services.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead Humectants category sourcing strategies to ensure cost excellence and mitigate risk.
• Lead risk management strategies such as single source and hurricane contingency.
• Develop and implement Global Fueling the Growth programs and operational budget guidance.
