Job summary

Waters is seeking a Sr. Manager Quality Systems Compliance to lead regulatory and standards governance across the organization, driving continuous improvement.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to implement new regulations, monitor metrics, and report risks to executives. Location: Sparks, MD. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in regulated life sciences and strong communication, project management, and quality systems expertise.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree in engineering or technical field.
• 8+ years in a regulated field with Quality/Regulatory/Compliance experience.
• Process improvement certification (SSGB, Lean) preferred.
• Strong influencing, communication and project management in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and communicates insights.
• Partners with stakeholders to lead strategies and tools for execution and monitoring.
• Supports Leadership in designing global initiatives and change management plans.
• Provides leadership in timely communication/escalation of Q&R risks to senior leadership.
• Works with units to ensure Q&R Scan activities, data collection, and reporting.
• Participates in other key initiatives to support Quality Systems.
