Job summary

Waters is seeking a Quality & Compliance professional to manage animal origin quality systems, documentation, and regulatory readiness in a global setting. The role collaborates with customers, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure product compliance and import/export readiness.

You will lead investigations, trend quality data, and provide technical guidance across cross‑functional teams to maintain high standards in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage animal origin quality systems, specifications, and traceability documentation.
• Develop and maintain quality system procedures related to animal and non-animal origin controls.
• Serve as SME for animal origin compliance and supplier documentation.
• Provide documentation and on-site audit support to industrial customers.
• Coordinate permits, certificates, and documentation with government agencies.
• Investigate quality issues and trends to implement CAPA.
