Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, legal studies, healthcare, life sciences, operations.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, ethics, or related operations.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational execution of the global Corporate Compliance program and establish scalable processes.
• Develop and maintain a global compliance operating model with regional flexibility.
• Coordinate policy governance, training, reporting, and governance reporting across regions.
