We are seeking an experienced Global Senior Equity Program Manager to manage Anthropic's equity compensation strategy and operations across all global markets. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive equity programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting our mission to develop safe and beneficial AI systems. You will work closely with People, Legal, Finance, and Tax to ensure our equity programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values as a public benefit corporation.
As Anthropic continues to scale globally, you will play a critical role in building equity frameworks that support our international expansion while maintaining consistency with our compensation philosophy. This role offers the opportunity to shape equity compensation practices at one of the most important AI safety companies during a period of significant growth.
Annual base salary range: $190,000 – $230,000 USD.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
