Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading growth initiatives, product acceleration and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership for global, matrixed organizations and executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Flex and Installments product acceleration plans and outcomes.
• Influence across Product, Solutions, GTM, Finance, Regions, Rules, Risk teams.
• Define roadmaps, manage budgets and performance metrics across regions and globally.
• Lead AI-enabled, agentic development practices and telemetry-driven delivery.
