Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director to own the Flex and Installments product development, driving growth and enhancements across the suite for issuers, wallets, and partners. The role requires leading 3–6 senior PMs, collaborating with global teams, and delivering integrated experiences while balancing time, cost, and quality.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, market-facing product strategy, and strong cross-functional influence within Visa’s global organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. MBA/JD/MD) or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in payments, fintech, or technology innovation.
• Prior people leadership experience, managing senior-level product managers.

Responsibilities

• AI-led product innovation: Ideate and deliver new experiences and product innovations through AI tools.
• Product Suite Ownership: Lead product management for the entire Flex and Installments suite, including current and future products and services.
• Acceptance Growth Acceleration: Drive product enhancements and solutions that accelerate growth for acceptance players of all sizes and types.
• Best-in-class client onboarding vision: Modernize the client solutioning and onboarding pathways.
• Integrated Experiences: Deliver seamless, integrated features and functionalities across the Flex and Installments suite.
• Customer Obsession: Champion a deep understanding of acceptance, with a relentless focus on improving cardholder experiences both online and face-to-face.
• Product Development: Oversee development of new features and solutions, managing build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.
• Technical Leadership and Influence: Provide technical vision and guidance for the processing platform.
• Execution and Management: Lead high-impact initiatives from conception to deployment.
• Adopt agentic and AI-powered development practices: leverage automated workflows and testing frameworks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance and optimize outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
