Qualifications

• Senior operations leader with Phase 3 trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to lead global, multi-center programs within biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Phase 3 trials.
• Oversee patient recruitment strategy and cross-functional blockers.
• Translate strategy into executable operational plans with quality and safety in focus.
• Manage CROs, vendors, investigators, and external partners to deadlines and budgets.
• Develop talent and build scalable Clinical Operations processes.
