Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Loss Prevention team member to work on-site in Denver to help protect customers, employees, products and profits. The role focuses on preventing theft and fraud while supporting a safe store environment.

The candidate will monitor surveillance, conduct investigations, and document incidents. They will assist with audits and training to reduce inventory loss and support store operations programs. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Loss Prevention or Asset Protection experience.
• Customer-focused mindset with verbal and writing skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer software.
• Investigative and conflict management skills, and the ability to respond to changing directions or unexpected situations.
