Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit. You will lead project planning, coordinate resources, and manage client relationships from initiation through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and mitigation of risks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and regular status reports.
• Manage budgets and cost control; identify opportunities for savings.
• Lead and motivate project teams and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee closeout, client sign-offs, and post-project reviews.
