Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: $105,000(minimum) - $136,000(midpoint) - $168,000(maximum)

The Manager Global Security Operations is a key member of the Corporate Security Leadership team, responsible for leading the company’s corporate global security operations and threat management to ensure continuity of operations for the company.

This position is directly responsible for contributing to the safety and security of Woodward members, facilities and interests by ensuring operational security systems are utilized daily to assess security risks and responses. (e.g., threat risk intelligence, travel risk management, mass communications, threat management response, high level employee investigations, incident reporting/management, and threat mitigation tactics).

This position will help establish corporate strategy, direction, and implementation of standards for the physical security operations of the company and manage the global security operations center (GSOC).

The Manager, Global Security Operations, is also responsible for ensuring operational standards meet all applicable regulatory and compliance standards such as ITAR and all other government contracting requirements as well as customer requirements.

  • Strategic Planning: Develops and implements short-term operational plans to achieve security goals and adapt to resource and operational challenges.
  • Performance Management: Conducts performance appraisals, manages training and development, and rewards team members to foster a high performing workforce.
  • Risk Assessment: Identifies and mitigates technical and operational security risks, ensuring compliance with policies and minimizing potential impacts.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with other departments to integrate security operations with overall business strategies and enhance operational effectiveness.
