Responsibilities

  • Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and execute supply chain and sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and performance focused on quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with members and leaders at all levels across multiple functions such as finance, manufacturing, and engineering to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment.
  • Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while resolving complex or high-impact issues to maintain operational continuity. Establish short and long-term countermeasures utilizing lean problem-solving tools and methodologies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage members and leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: $133,000 (minimum) - $166,000 (midpoint) - $200,000 (maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
