Allied Universal in Minnesota is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to monitor, analyze, document, and respond to security events across multiple locations in a technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in security, experience in SOC/GSOC, and proficiency with access control, VMS, incident management, and mass notification systems. Shifts are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday (40 hrs) and weekends partial; benefits available.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Operate and manage the S2 NetBox Access Control System, including generating reports, responding to alarms, investigating activity.
• Utilize Milestone VMS to review and collect video evidence across 1,000+ cameras.
• Manage incidents through ticketing systems; ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Create, distribute, and manage emergency communications via mass notification platforms.
• Administer Traka Key Management System including profile creation and access assignments.
• Generate and maintain incident and asset reports using Fusion/Salesforce.
• Monitor Dataminr feeds, evaluate threats, escalate per procedures.
• Provide timely incident communications to stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain situational awareness in a 24/7 operations environment.

Key Responsibilities & Required Experience

The GSOC Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, documenting, and responding to security and operational events across multiple locations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and incident management skills.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Operate and manage the S2 NetBox Access Control System, including generating reports, responding to alarms, investigating activity, and navigating system partitions.
• Utilize Milestone Video Management System (VMS) to review, monitor, and collect video evidence supporting investigations and security incidents across a network of 1,000+ cameras.
• Manage and respond to incidents through various ticketing systems, ensuring timely, accurate documentation and closure. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
• Create, distribute, and manage emergency and operational communications using mass notification platforms, such as AlertMedia or Everbridge.
• Administer the Traka Key Management System, including profile creation, access-level assignments, and key accountability functions.
• Generate and maintain incident reports and asset information using Fusion/Salesforce platforms.
• Monitor intelligence feeds through Dataminr, evaluate emerging threats, and elevate incidents in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain detailed incident documentation and provide timely communications to internal stakeholders and client personnel.
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness, multitasking abilities, and decision‑making skills in a 24/7 operations environment.

Available Shifts

• Monday through Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Saturday and Sunday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (16 hours/week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC/GSOC) environment.
• Experience with access control, video management, incident management, and mass notification systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple incidents and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and security technology platforms.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• College Degree (BA) or equivalent work experience in an operations center or dispatch capacity
• At least four years of experience in security
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Excellent instructional, customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in conducting research/analysis
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, at times stressed work environment
• Comfortable with high‑tech work environment and constant learning of new tools and innovations
• Flexibility to work all shifts, and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows OS
• Self‑motivated, curious, and knowledgeable pertaining to news and current events
• Good working knowledge of security systems for access control, CCTV systems, badging systems, alarm monitoring systems
• A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
