Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Security to lead a comprehensive security program protecting people, assets, and operations across regions. The role shapes enterprise risk management, sets physical security standards, and partners with senior leaders to ensure business continuity.

You will guide executive protection, travel security, and incident response in a complex multinational environment, with flexible remote options for eligible roles and US-based location in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 20+ years of security experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise security programs.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment with executive protection and travel risk programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the global security strategy.
• Identify and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk and threat management.
• Establish security policies and standards across all regions.
• Standardize site security risk assessments and physical asset protection measures.
• Support crisis management and incident response during major events.
• Define executive protection strategies and travel security programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations.
