Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Chief of Security to serve as the on-island interface with the Contracting Officer and COR, coordinating shift schedules, post rotations, housing allocations, and emergency response actions.

You will develop security TTPs, support VIP operations, supervise personnel, enforce policies, and ensure training and admin duties are completed in accordance with PWS and ISO 18788.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an active US Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 7 years of security management experience in leadership and/or management roles, with at least 3 years in an OCONUS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop security operation TTPs to protect assets.
• Coordinate shift schedules, post rotations and housing allocations.
• Support VIP and distinguished guest arrivals.
• Ensure admin duties and training records are completed.
• Report security incidents to management.
• Lead and manage security personnel on site.
• Implement security policies per PWS, Base Defense Plan, and ISO 18788.
