The role requires strong analytical skills, risk mitigation expertise, and the ability to travel on short notice. You will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure the safety of personnel and assets worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7 years experience in executive protection, international security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Experience in protective intelligence, secure transportation, logistics, contingency planning, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of physical security systems (intrusion detection, CCTV, drones).
• Technologically savvy with strong computer skills and presentation development.
• Able to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular stakeholder briefings and updates.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate training and oversee compliance program.
• Manage vehicle fleet and ensure readiness.
• Oversee security gear and equipment inventory.
• Assist with budget, vendors, and related programs.
• Track, analyze, and report on program metrics.
• Leverage AI and technology to enhance workflows across programs.
• Partner with executive protection leadership on projects.
• Assist with planning global protective services and security upgrades.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Remain adaptable to stressful environments and short-notice travel.
