Qualifications

• JD and NY bar admission.
• 2–3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience in securities law, public company disclosure, and corporate governance.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Exchange Act filings and public disclosures.
• Support board and shareholder meetings.
• Advise senior leadership on corporate, regulatory, and strategic matters.
• Maintain company-wide compliance programs.
• Counsel on transactions such as securities offerings, financings, and acquisitions.
• Opportunity to expand into contracts, privacy, and other substantive legal areas.
