Job summary
Kreassive LLC is seeking a strategic SCM Specialist to optimize our North American supply chain. You will report to the Director of SCM and drive cross-border logistics, inventory strategies, and 3PL relationships to support B2B wholesale, D2C, and pop-up retail.
The role focuses on analyzing bottlenecks, resolving complex customs or freight disputes, and designing SOPs that streamline omnichannel fulfillment across our Torrance HQ and field sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or operations experience with independent judgment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, data modeling, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Freight strategy and routing optimization for inbound/outbound shipments.
- Proactively manage US Customs holds, FDA/MoCRA compliance, and port delays.
- Negotiate spot rates and assess service agreements with freight forwarders and brokers.
- Monitor 3PL performance across US/Canada and enforce corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve high-level claims with 3PLs and carriers; negotiate settlements.
- Develop inventory allocation strategies for pop-ups, B2B wholesale, and D2C platforms.
