Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Program Manager II to lead enterprise cost savings initiatives. You will own the consolidated cost-out funnel, coordinate across Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance, and drive savings through VA/VE, make-buy decisions, and supplier transitions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, engineering, or program management in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects with measurable business impact, including cost savings, productivity, resourcing, outsourcing, VA/VE, or operational improvement.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a matrixed global organization.
• Strong analytical skills to organize project data, validate assumptions, and translate information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated total cost out funnel and tracker across multiple functions.
• Lead governance routines to validate assumptions, prioritize projects, assign ownership, track milestones, and report savings.
• Develop and improve the total cost out operating model and standard work.
• Monitor funnel health and savings pipeline quality, assess project mix, value, timing, and risks.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to support savings funnel generation and ideation activities.
• Collaborate with product strategy and engineering to align margin priorities with savings actions.
• Support make-versus-buy evaluations and ensure key inputs are captured for leadership decisions.
• Drive execution of savings projects including negotiations, outsourcing, VA/VE, and supplier transitions.
• Provide dotted-line direction for sustaining engineering resources tied to cost-out workstreams.
• Establish clear operating routines and accountability across Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Work with Finance to validate savings methodology and communicate project status and impact.
• Coordinate design-to-value and ideation workshops to advance opportunities through governance.
• Prepare executive-ready updates translating project details into clear insights and decisions.
• Build a single source of truth for savings initiatives.
