Ascendis Pharma is seeking an experienced Associate Director for its Global Scientific Training team. This role involves developing and facilitating innovative scientific training programs for Medical Affairs teams globally.

You will ensure alignment of scientific content and enhance understanding through effective training strategies. The ideal candidate will have substantial training experience in the biotech industry and a PhD or PharmD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Biotech/Pharma training experience required.
• Prior Biotech/Pharma Field Medical or Clinical experience required.
• Ability to gather and present information logically.
• Experience with f2f instructor-led training and virtual ILT.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content for Medical Affairs teams.
• Facilitate global training sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments.
• Support onboarding for new employees.
