Job summary

Lone Star College-Montgomery is seeking a Coordinator III for Honors and International Education to develop and communicate division goals, manage projects, and assess programs.

You will collaborate with the HIE Director, support campus events, coordinate trainings, and serve as liaison to students and staff across campuses. Travel is required; strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience in higher education and familiarity with honors or international education preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple campuses and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global scholars and honors programming and international education initiatives.
• Maintain HIE campus center facilities, issue requests, and track student engagement.
• Support campus and system-level budget processes and expense reports.
• Plan and host campus HIE events to promote persistence and graduation.
• Coordinate training sessions for faculty and staff on undergraduate research and international education.
• Coordinate outreach to boost student participation in HIE programs.
