Responsibilities

• Manage the general inbox and serve as primary contact for inquiries from international faculty, scholars, and sponsors.
• Provide clear information on immigration processes to diverse audiences including faculty and researchers.
• Assist with orientations, workshops, and programs translating complex immigration regs for the academic year.
• Maintain website information regarding programs, services, and resources for international faculty and scholars.
• Identify updates to web content related to international faculty and scholar processes.
