Job summary

Blue Skies Consulting is seeking a Program Lead to plan and ensure delivery of all project objectives in business transformation initiatives. You will oversee governance, drive execution across workstreams, manage leadership reporting, and sustain client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of consulting experience with deep expertise in program leadership, governance, SDLC, and change management, including SAFe/Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience (big 4 or equivalent preferred).
• Expertise in program leadership, governance, and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with SDLC and business transformation lifecycle; familiar with SAFe, Agile, Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the overall PMO framework, meeting cadence, risk/issue management, project controls, and velocity.
• Manage escalations, devise mitigations, and drive mitigation attainment.
• Structure and lead all relevant team meetings.
• Maintain the master integrated project plan and artifacts.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Provide governance, oversight, and adherence to the strategy or playbook.
• Provide timely reports to leadership.
• Identify risks and mitigations.
• Meet or exceed billable utilization targets.
• Function as an internal Engagement Manager to drive delivery success and build client relationships.
