Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager (Solutions Architect) to drive end-to-end architecture for cross-functional supply chain initiatives, leading complex SAP-based transformations from concept to go-live.

You will shape long-range roadmaps while delivering hands-on technical execution, integrating SAP BTP, AI, and RPA, and guiding a globally distributed team toward scalable, auditable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience combining strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and enterprise architecture leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformations, preferably SAP.
• Proven experience exploring and building enterprise agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent orchestration and LLM-based automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior lead architect for cross-functional initiatives across ERP, data analytics, and supply chain.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation across Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, Procurement-to-Pay, and Logistics Execution.
• Architect innovative supply chain solutions leveraging SAP BTP and AI capabilities.
• Lead exploration and proof-of-concept development of agentic AI workflows within the Order Management ecosystem.
• Mentor other solution designers and align globally distributed teams on delivery standards.
