Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversions.
• Strong governance, RAID, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams onsite and offshore.
• Knowledge of SAP integration, data migration, and deployment governance.
• Experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries; familiarity with GxP/CSV/SOX/FDA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making for project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define scope and gain consensus for outcomes.
• Refine PM processes by applying best practices to improve efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.

• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions for commercial estimates.
• Oversee resource allocation and set performance objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps.
