Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain SAP Material Master Data for North America, including descriptions, cataloging, item numbers, vendor records, and price maintenance. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy, support material analysis, and drive standardization across systems.

The role requires 1+ year in material management or related fields, with ERP experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a material management environment or accounting or a degree in a related field.
• Experience with an ERP or Inventory Parts system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of SAP Material Master Data base records and collaborate with departments to manage material items data.
• Link materials across multiple systems and programs.
• Maintain electronic records of data requests including Vendor Info Records, classifications, GL links, and change/update requests.
• Ensure materials are linked to correct GL accounts and classifications.
• Analyze material records, specs, and descriptions to align with standards and enter into the system.
