Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation Medicine is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support the Beacon ERP Finance System within the R&D division. Based at Beerse, Raritan, Titusville NJ, or Spring House PA with potential travel.

You will translate finance requirements into system solutions, manage data integrity, and collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders to drive improvements across the global BEACON environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; technical degrees considered with finance orientation.
• Minimum 3 years of related finance experience; interest in finance technology or ERP systems a must.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; global, cross-functional work mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global quarterly and annual financial close with Finance and IT.
• Lead SAP-based changes, design reporting hierarchies for R&D.
• Maintain GBO IM R&D dashboard accuracy; coordinate with FP&A and IT.
• Oversee data interfaces, reconciliations and SOX controls.
• Manage Beacon system security design and COE Liaison for changes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Beacon IT COE on requests, testing and incidents.
• Participate in system implementation, integration and transformation projects.
• Identify process improvements and drive simplification.
